In 2007, Mr. Ross co-founded Radiant Asset Management where he pursues his passion of paying attention to economic fundamentals, market dynamics and investor behavior and building superior investment strategies.

• For the last decade, Dave has worked for Value Monitoring, a private investment management firm, where the fund running his models currently has a 5 star ranking from Morningstar, was ranked #1 for 2008 in its category by Morningstar, and was cited as Leader by The New York Times in 2009
• Co-founder and CEO, RAF Technology. At RAF, he has been granted five patents and was the chief architect of the U.S. Treasury Department's Pay.gov Verification System and one of the primary recognition systems used by the U.S. Postal Service for routing mail. He has managed the creation of commercial and governmental pattern recognition solutions for clients including The Boeing Company, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the National Security Agency
• Co-founder of Calera Recognition Systems which established itself as the world leader in omni-font Optical Character Recognition (now owned by Nuance Corporation). He holds three patents for the software recognition engine
• Mathematician in the Advanced Projects Group of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he helped design NASA missions to asteroids and the outer planets. For his mathematical work there, he has an asteroid name after him, Asteroid 6435DaveRoss
• Dave has degrees in Physics from Yale University and in Aeronautical and Astronautical Sciences from Stanford University

Over the last 14 years, Mr. Brown has managed experts building fundamental, qualitative, and quantitative analysis systems for investment management, process and security applications

• Eric's responsibilities include marketing, client relations, business management as well as contributions to investment decisions
• Prior to co-founding Radiant, Mr. Brown was Vice President of Marketing of RAF Technology, a leading provider of pattern analysis software for government and industry
• Before RAF, Eric built a successful track record in marketing and operations with Onyx Software (acquired by M2M), Vericept Corporation (acquired by TrustWave) and OneSecure (acquired by NetScreen) whose clients were primarily the Fortune 1000
• Previous experience also includes management consulting with Ernst and Young and Andersen Consulting
• Eric earned a BA from Whitman College and an MBA from the University of Colorado, Boulder
